Riedgasse 17 Innsbruck

PEMA is building up a housing estate in a top location of Innsbruck. 22 flats are built and sold. The address of the new building is also the name of the project: Riedgasse 17 Innsbruck.

PEMA bought the lot of land, made the development and is investor, builder and project manager at the same time. From the very beginning of the project until the end of it PEMA is working in all parts of it.

Bruneckerstraße 1-3 Innsbruck

In the year 2007 after buying an old building from the Austrian federal Railways (ÖBB), PEMA started a development in an important street next to the central station of Innsbruck, the Brunecker Street.

Instead of the now existing building a new commerce and office complex is planned by PEMA. With a new building in one of the best locations in the center of Innsbruck, the whole street will be upgraded.
