Designer Outlet Brennero

In the year 2007 the Designer Outlet in Brennero was opened. Since 2006 the first part of the outlet-center was built. The PEMA group is the second largest investor and holds shares of the Designer Outlet Brennero and the DOB Retail Service GmbH.

The first part of the outlet center has a shopping -area with 10.000 m², a parking space for 1200 cars and ten busses.

 

Situated at the Austrian-Italian border and at one of the main traffic routes through the alps the DOB can be reached easily by car and train as well. In the surrounding area 2,3 million people are living who have the possibility to come to the outlet center.

The DOB hosts more than 25 top-labels in the middle of the year 2008. The number is increasing steadily.

Beside shopping experience customers are invited to special events which are announced over the year. Because now the DOB is well known and customers like it, in May 2008 the 500.000th customer was honored.
