Whenever there is a good investment, the PEMA group will take a look at it. There are not only projects in the real estate segment which are brought to PEMA. In different business areas PEMA is interested in share deals, business conceptions for manufacturing firms, infrastructure programs and acquisitions of shareholdings of other companies.

To deal with all those different business parts PEMA has equity partners in Austria, Italy and the Netherlands. PEMA calculates intensively possible chances, risks and projections before involving itself as an investor in a new business field.

PEMA is not confined in its business activities – it doesn’t matter whether a project is located in Austria, Germany, Italy or anywhere else: decisions of investments are based upon profitability and economic factors and not upon locations.

When the PEMA group invests, there is a detailed plan how long the investments will last, how long PEMA will hold shares and which one are sold in which time.

PEMA has a very dynamic view of its work and therefore it is important whether an investment fits in the continuing expansion of its structures or not.
